Our History & Origin
The app
Euki App is a privacy-focused period tracking app that provides its users with comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information, including abortion.
Euki was first released on app stores in 2019. We used rigorous, user-centered, qualitative research conducted at Ibis Reproductive Health to inform the app’s development.
Named to evoke the soothing nature of the eucalyptus tree and to inspire a sense of trust—reminiscent of a close friend—Euki grew from a collaborative effort between Ibis, Women Help Women, and real-world users.
The org
Euki has expanded to meet evolving user needs in an ever-changing reproductive health care landscape. Today, Euki is more than an app—it’s grown into a 501(c)3 nonprofit tech organization serving users across multiple continents by providing private and secure tools to track their health and access information.
